Mandatory Reports of Abuse
Global Citizens Community is required to immediately report any suspicion of child abuse to the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP), as per the New Jersey Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA).
Mandatory Arbitration Clause
By attending, participating, or engaging in any way Global Citizens Community, you automatically agree to the Mandatory Arbitration Clause. This clause dictates that any disputes or claims arising from your involvement will be handled through arbitration, conducted in-house by the EmpowerSafe Mediation Unit. This process is designed to provide an efficient, confidential, and fair resolution to any issues that may arise, outside of the traditional court system.
